Femoral Intramedullary Nails are cylindrical structures with a cannulated circular cross-section, featuring 2 distal and 2 proximal holes for locking screws. The femoral intramedullary nail system is available in two entry configurations: standard piriformis fossa entry and lateral trochanteric entry. Both configurations offer various lengths ranging from 320mm to 460mm, with 20mm increments in length. These lengths are available in outer diameters of 10mm, 11.5mm, and 13mm for each diameter and configuration. The anteroposterior (AP) bow has a curvature radius of 1.75mm.
